Commission is calculated from NORDIN’s net profit margin, not from the client’s total invoice value.
The percentage can reach up to 50%, depending on the agreement.
All settlement rules are clearly defined in writing.
NORDIN invoices clients every two weeks. Your commission is paid accordingly after the client’s payment is received.

Yes, you receive exclusivity for officially registered companies. Once the cooperation starts, the client is assigned to you in our system. Your referral is protected under the agreement.
Yes, you may introduce companies from different countries. NORDIN operates across Scandinavian markets and selected European regions. Each opportunity is verified individually to ensure operational capability.
No, there is no minimum quota. You can operate at your own pace and scale gradually. The model is flexible and designed for long-term cooperation.
No, having a registered company is not mandatory to start. However, operating through a business entity allows access to the maximum revenue structure. The optimal settlement model is discussed during onboarding.
Yes, you are welcome to participate in meetings. This can strengthen trust with your introduced client.
But Remember - Final commercial terms are managed by NORDIN.
The agreement includes a defined notice period. Termination does not affect your right to earned commission.
You remain entitled to revenue generated from your introduced client.
We verify workers’ qualifications by checking references directly with previous employers and conducting criminal background checks. In addition, we work with professional psychologists who, supported by AI-based recruitment tools, assess candidates’ skills, reliability, and suitability to ensure that our clients receive the best possible candidates for their projects.
The owners of NORDIN have over 25 years of experience in the Scandinavian market and have delivered workers to more than 300 clients, earning dozens of references along the way. We will be happy to present these references to you during a meeting.
In many cases, we are able to identify suitable candidates almost immediately. However, because we operate in full compliance with Scandinavian standards, the required registration and certification processes may take several days. As a result, we are typically able to deliver a fully compliant worker within up to 14 days.
Yes, of course. If you lease a worker from us, you have 7 days to verify their qualifications. If it is a permanent recruitment, the trial period is 14 days.
We do not have much experience with such situations, as they occur very rarely. However, if this does happen, we will promptly find a replacement worker for him, and he will not incur any additional costs related to the replacement.
In the case of workforce leasing, we issue two invoices per month with a 7-day payment term, which can be extended up to 30 days. For permanent recruitment, we issue one invoice per month with a 30-day payment term.
Yes. If a worker leaves during the project, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible to ensure continuity of your operations. Our goal is to minimize any disruption and keep your project running smoothly.

Through our cooperation with trusted partner agencies, we are also able to supply workers for the manufacturing and HORECA sectors. Each agency within the NORDIN network specializes in specific industries, allowing us to deliver qualified workers efficiently and according to project requirements.
